How to prepare

Take 2 table spoon of Jeevan Ragi flour in a sauce pan. Add 1 cup of water. Stir well and make sure no lumps. Add some palm sugar candy with it. Heat up using moderate heat. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Stir at regular intervals.Turn off heat and allow to cool down to lukewarm. Transfer into a serving boul. It’s a tasty and healthy food for babies from 4 months.
